Set up an agent
Give it a name, a voice, a greeting and instructions. Add your hours, services, prices and FAQs to the Knowledge Base so it answers from your facts.
Point calls at it
Assign it to a number for inbound answering with business hours, or launch an outbound campaign to a contact list from a number you own.
Read the results
Completed calls arrive with a transcript, summary, sentiment and lead temperature, and a recording where the call was recorded. Hot leads and next steps are ready for your team.
The phone is where customers still decide. Most of those calls go unanswered or unrecorded.
Call Beast puts an agent on the line that follows your instructions, answers from your knowledge and reports back on every conversation.
BeforeCalls ring out after hours and on busy afternoons.
With Call BeastAn agent answers calls to the number on the schedule you set, and plays your after-hours message outside it.
BeforeFollow-up lists sit untouched for weeks.
With Call BeastA campaign works through the list at a controlled pace, retries sensibly and stops when the list is done.
BeforeNobody knows what was said on the phone.
With Call BeastEach call is recorded, transcribed and summarised, with the caller’s sentiment and a hot, warm or cold rating.
BeforeSpanish-speaking callers hang up.
With Call BeastThe agent switches to Spanish when the caller does, in the same call, and the transcript records the language.
Calls to your number answered, on the schedule you choose.
Buy a number or connect one you own, assign an agent, set business hours and time zone, and write the greeting and the after-hours message. Callers hear the AI announcement, then your greeting, then talk to the agent.
- Business hours per weekday with your time zone
- After-hours message, then the call ends politely
- Only active agents that match the number’s provider can answer
- Answered calls are recorded and the recording is attached to the call

Work through a list of contacts without tying up your team.
Import contacts, choose the agent and the calling number, classify the purpose of the calls and launch. The dialer paces itself, retries where it makes sense and shows progress while it runs.
- CSV import with duplicate handling and a plan-aware contact limit
- Purpose classification and a compliance statement before launch
- Progress, connected, qualified and failed counts while running
- Pause and resume at any time; completed calls still get a transcript and summary

Every conversation ends with a rating, a summary and a next step.
Agents ask the questions you care about, acknowledge answers and confirm a concrete next step before hanging up: a callback time, a visit or an email. The outcome is written up for your team; it is not pushed into a third-party calendar.
- Hot, warm or cold lead temperature and sentiment on completed calls
- Short summary with the caller’s need and the agreed next step
- Transcript, with the recording alongside it when the call was recorded
- Filter, search and export calls from the dashboard

Transcript
Thanks for calling Bright Smile Dental. This is an AI assistant. How can I help today?
Hi, I chipped a tooth this morning. Can I get in today?
I am sorry to hear that. We keep same-day slots for urgent cases. Are you an existing patient?
Yes, Maria Gonzalez.
Thank you, Maria. I will pass this to the front desk as urgent and read back your number to confirm.
Summary
Existing patient, chipped tooth, wants a same-day visit. Marked urgent for the front desk; callback number confirmed.

Natural, patient and bilingual.
Short replies, one question at a time, and room for the caller to speak.
Sounds like a conversation
Agents keep replies to a sentence or two, ask one thing at a time and wait for the answer. Voices come from a curated library you preview before choosing.
Callers can speak up
Each agent prompt listens while it plays: when the caller starts talking, the prompt stops and the agent responds to what was said instead of finishing a script.
…our standard visit is ninety-five doll—
Sorry, do you do Saturdays?
We do, nine to one. Shall I look at this Saturday?
English and Spanish, mid-call
An agent starts in English and switches to Spanish the moment the caller does. The language is recorded on the call so your team knows what happened.
When a person should take over, the agent hands the call across.
Define transfer routes with a destination number and staffed hours. On a matching request the agent announces the transfer, connects the caller and leaves the call. The log shows what happened.
- Pre-approved destinations only; the agent never dials a number it heard
- Staffed hours per route, so calls are not sent to an empty desk
- The transfer is cold: whatever answers at the destination receives the caller
- Each attempt is logged with its outcome and bridge duration

Sample workspace · demonstration data
Built for businesses whose customers pick up the phone.
If your calls are about hours, availability, prices and next steps, an agent can take the first mile.
Dental and medical offices
Answer appointment requests, explain hours and insurance basics, flag urgent cases for the front desk.
Home services
Take service calls after hours, qualify the job and the area, confirm a callback window.
Real estate
Return enquiries on listings, ask the qualifying questions and hand hot buyers to an agent.
Legal and professional intake
Collect the matter type and contact details, screen for fit, arrange the consultation callback.
Auto and repair shops
Quote standard services from your price list, take preferred drop-off times for your team to confirm, remind customers of upcoming work.
Agencies and multi-location teams
One workspace per client or branch, with team roles, an audit log and shared knowledge.
Fits the systems you already run.
Bring your own numbers or buy them in the app, push events to your tools as they happen and read everything back through the API.
- Buy Twilio numbers in the app or connect a number you already own.
- Webhooks deliver call and lead events to your endpoint, signed so you can verify each delivery.
- API keys with scopes and a request log for the REST API, on plans that include it.
- Team seats with owner, manager and viewer roles, plus custom roles on higher plans.

The agent says it is an AI
Every call opens with a fixed announcement before your greeting. Agents are instructed never to claim to be a person.
Consent and do-not-call checks
Outbound calls are checked per call against consent records, your do-not-call list, the contact’s time zone and the calling window. Checks fail closed.
Credentials stay server-side
Provider credentials are stored encrypted and never sent to the browser. Sign-in requires a verified email and is rate-limited with timing-safe checks.
Roles and an audit log
Owners, managers and viewers see and change only what their role allows. Sensitive actions are recorded with who did them and when.
Compliance features enforce the evidence your organisation records. They do not by themselves guarantee compliance with telemarketing law; your counsel remains responsible.
Simple usage-based calling.
Call Beast runs on calling credits. You are charged for what your agents actually do, not for a seat count.
Calling credits
Credits are the single unit. Calls draw credits by duration, and a phone number has a monthly credit cost. Top up when you need more.
Usage you can see
Every deduction is listed in Billing with the call it belongs to, so the bill always matches the call history.
Start without a telecom quote
Create a workspace, set up an agent and place a test call from the dashboard. No pricing table to decode first.
Launch pricing is set in production billing.
Credit rates, number costs and any included allowance are shown in the app when you sign in. Nothing on this page is a quote.
Straight answers before you start.
Call Beast gives your business AI phone agents. An agent can answer calls to your number on the schedule you choose, place outbound calls to a contact list as a campaign, hold a natural conversation, qualify the caller, confirm a next step and, when you allow it, hand the caller to a person. Calls can be recorded, transcribed and summarised automatically, and the results appear in your dashboard.
